About us

Our team is international, currently comes from Syria, Egypt, Iraq and Germany. It shows that people from different cultures can work well together. And so we set an example for successful integration.

We offer measures for activation and professional integration on behalf of the employment agency and the job center. These measures serve to reduce or eliminate obstacles to finding a job and are offered in the form of individual coaching or group measures. In cooperation with the University of Erfurt and the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt, we offer preparatory courses for international students; as well as learning support for schoolchildren, language courses for self-payers and preparatory courses for internationally recognized language certificates (TestDaF, TestAS and telc), which we carry out.

The head of the EZSI, Dr. Malek Harba, speaks Arabic and can help solve many problems for Arabic-speaking refugees as long as they cannot express themselves well enough in German. We take on the concerns and problems of our participants in a special way, but we are also happy to help anyone else who asks us or comes to us.

It is important to us to help migrants and foreign students, in addition to their participation in our offers, if necessary and to advise and support them comprehensively.
